Defective products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue, and if confirmed, we will offer the option of product replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

Incorrect product

If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please contact us. We will verify the issue and arrange for the replacement of the correct product or a refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs.

Dissatisfaction with product

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you may request a refund of the purchase price. To do so, please contact us within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the product. The product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of use, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before the product is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will arrange for cancellation and a full refund of the purchase price.

Non-refundable policy

Some products may be subject to a non-refundable policy due to the nature of the product. This will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process. Examples of non-refundable products include digital products or customized items.

Refund process

To request a refund, please contact us through the customer service channels available on our website. We will assess the case, and if approved, the refund will be processed within up to 10 (ten) business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
